SPPID_EDE always jump out a window "Asking Filter"

Sometimes, doesn't matter you click Pipe Run, or Piping component... there always a window jump out. The window's name is "Asking Filter".

That's because you click the filter symbol on the EDE. just simply click the "Asking filter" symbol, turn off it.
It happens to my co-worker.
